30-Day Return Policy Overview for Uncanny and Webb

We want to ensure that you have an awesome shopping experience. Here are our guidelines on requesting refunds and returning items purchased through our website.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To return your item, it must be undamaged, in the same condition that it was received, and in the original packaging. Please contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged in transport.

We may only give a partial refund if:

  • Items are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items are not returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Additionally, we do not accept full refunds for gift cards, downloadables, sale items, or custom products. We reserve the right to deny returns if done in bad faith.

Refunds

To initiate a return, please send us a picture of the damage to the packaging and the item. This will help us to speed up the return process, and aid our ability to reliably ship our merchandise.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process your refund.

A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, or as a gift card if you prefer. Credit card refunds may take 5-15 business days for a refund to process and show up on your credit card statement. This process us outside of our control.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

We offer flat rate shipping for all returns. Contact us via email at support@uncannyandwebb.com, include pictures of damage to shipping packaging and the item, and your preferred outcome. We will email you a label and instructions on how to ship the product back to us. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from refunds.

Depending on where you live, it may take longer for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance via third party. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
